Beth - Daffodil Hill

https://gofund.me/3ec6f7a8

Beth's family lost their home and everything in it on Thursday evening, Nov 12th.  She posted today:

It has taken a couple nights sleep to process enough to put my thoughts into words, but I really need to make a post to express our gratitude for the outpouring of love Scott and I have revived since Thursday afternoon. For those who do not know, we experienced a house fire. The house is a total loss but we are safe and all of our animals are safe. We only lost “stuff.” God is good all the time, and we trust in that 100%. He has us in the palm of His hand and we trust Him to care for us in every way. He has already shown His love and goodness in the outpouring of support we are experiencing.

Hello, We are Beth and Scott Tolbert and we are Daffodil Hill Homestead. Located just outside the Town of Amherst, we grow lots of varieties of heirloom vegetables, flowers and herbs. This spring will be our third year selling plants. The past two years, we have sold through pop-up sales and festivals, and direct from our home greenhouse, but this year we are so excited for the opportunity to sell through the Four Seasons Farm Market. In addition to many less common varieties of tomatoes, peppers and eggplants, we plan to expand our selection of herbs to include harder to find and medicinal varieties. Last year we also began creating a line of delicious seasoned salts, seasoning mixes, and dried herbs, which are available already through the on-line farm market. We will expand our selection of these as we increase our stock. We are so excited to be joining the Four Seasons community and can't wait to meet customers in person when the market opens in April. In the meantime, folks can follow us on Facebook at Daffodil Hill Homestead, on Instagram at Daffodil_Hill_Homestead, and on our website at DaffodilHillHomestead.squarespace.com
