We are offering our Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Vegan Pumpkin Cornbread muffins. Made fresh from the Rhodes House Kitchen in Amherst, Va.
For those of us with food sensitivities or allergies, this may be the perfect quick bread for you to try. Typically, GF breads have eggs and dairy in their ingredients. But not this one. Our GF Flour does not contain oat nor almond. CELIAC and Allergy Friendly: This quick bread is free of the top 8 allergens: wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
It is a more dense cornbread, but it is still delicious and very filling and satisfying, none-the-less.
How to best enjoy your baked goods/treats from Laura Rhodes Naturals:
1. The "Golden Rule" for Gluten-Free & Whole Grain
Because our baked items are free from artificial preservatives and highly processed softeners, they are best enjoyed at 'kitchen temperature.' If your bread feels firm, a quick 10–15 second warm-up in the microwave or a few minutes in a toaster oven will 'wake up' the natural oils and restore that soft, fresh-baked crumb."
2. Storage for Longevity
To keep your baked goods as fresh as the day they were baked, please store them in an airtight container on the counter. If you aren't planning to enjoy them within two days, our items freeze beautifully! Just wrap tightly and thaw at room temperature before warming.
