How to use: Simply pour contents into a 16-oz. jar, Add water and stir well. Set aside for up to 3 to 5 days to ferment. After your Kvass is to your liking and taste, strain out and discard/compost solids and pour liquid contents into a bottle with air tight lid for second ferment. Refrigerate when done. Enjoy!
