Eggs

Our egg farmers all pasture their chickens with supplemental feed as needed. We find that our chickens are happiest when they are out chasing bugs and eating greens so they eat limited packaged feed. Most of our layers produce brown eggs but we also have some greens and blues in mixed flocks. Seasonally available are duck and quail eggs as well.
